I really want to thank everyone of you who left a comment in the last post. Ever since Joel had to go into hospital, I just haven't been myself since. But things have started to look up and God was faithful to extend to us his mercy and grace through the moments of anguish.

I have absolutely no creative things to show (I haven't done anything of that sort in a month!), but I did do something completely different today in an attempt to get myself out of this funk - I cooked! I'm not usually a kitchen person, and the last time I got my hands dirty in there was well over 2 years ago. It was a small occasion of a few friends coming together, and I made a pasta among other things using a recipe that I've tried many times over. It's the wine really makes this sauce shine. I highly recommend trying it!

don't know what happened to your son, but I can guess how you felt about him being in hospital (my son had to go to hospital at 6 and 9 months because he fainted...how anguished I was!)

Happily your son looks good now, and soon you'll forget about all this.
